Balance And Composure Bio
Balance And Composure is an alternative rock band formed of Jon Simmons (guitar, vocals), Andy Slaymaker (guitar, vocals), Erik Petersen (guitar), Matt Warner (bass), and Bailey Van Ellis (drums), having all come from other local bands. Their sound is very Seattle-1990s. After spinning out a few EPs starting from 2008, they released their first studio album “Separation” in 2011.
Balance And Composure followed up their debut by touring with artists the likes of Circa Survive, La Dispute, Title Fight and Touché Amore. They’ve since dropped two more albums, “The Things We Think We’re Missing” (2013) and “Light We Made” (2016), cracking into the top-20 on Billboard’s Indie chart.
