Barbara Pravi is a French singer and songwriter born on 10th April 1993 in Paris. She was brought up in a family of artists. She was noticed by Capitol Records in 2015 and signed her first contract with them. Pravi released her first single, titled “Pas grandir,” in 2017. In the same year, she featured in the TV film “La Sainte famille,” which was broadcast on France 2 in December 2019. She joined French singer Florent Pagny on his 55 Tour to support him. Aside from writing her own songs, she also writes songs for other artists such as Julie Zenatti, Chimene Badi, Rannick Noah, Florent Pagny, and Jaden Smith. She composed the song “Bim bam toi” for teen singer Carla, which was used to represent France at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019, where it finished fifth. The song also became a huge success on TikTok. She competed in the Eurovision 2021 with the song “Voilà” and finished in second place.
