Bebe Rexha Bio
Singer-songwriter Bebe Rexha was born Bleta Rexha on August 30, 1989 in Brooklyn, New York. She is best known as the lead vocalist of the band Black Cards, which was formed by Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz, yet she left the group before its first album was released. In 2013, she signed to Warner Brothers Records after a three label bidding war, which was due to her success as a songwriter. Rexha wrote the songs “Like a Champion” for Selena Gomez, “Glowing” for Nikki Williams and the number one hit “Monster” for Eminem featuring Rihanna. That same year, she released the song “Comeback Kids” on her SoundCloud page and featured on the song “Take Me Home” by Cash Cash.
Rexha is currently working on her debut album, with producers such as David Guetta, Fraser T Smith and Frequency, among others. On March 21, 2014, she released her first single from her this album, “I Can’t Stop Drinking About You.”
