Benjamin Schnetzer, better known as Ben Schnetzer, is an American actor best known for his work in film and television. He was born in New York City, New York, United States, on February 8, 1990. Ben began his acting career in 2007 when he was cast as Ben Stephens in the film Ben's Plan. He has since had recurring roles in the TV series Y: The Last Man, The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair, and Happy Town. His filmography includes Warcraft, Snowden, The Riot Club, Pride, The Death & Life of John F. Donovan, The Giant, and Punk's Dead: SLC Punk 2, but he is best known for starring in the war-drama film The Book Thief alongside Sophie Nélisse, Geoffrey Rush, Emily Watson, and Heike Makatsch.
