Bhi Bhiman Bio
Bhi Bhiman is an American singer, songwriter, and producer born and raised by Sri-Lankan parents in St. Louis, Missouri. He began playing the guitar when he was nine years old. Bhi relocated to the Bay Area before he released his solo debut album Cookbook in 2007. Bhiman (his second album) was released in January 2012 and it hit number 28 on the Top Heatseekers chart and 15 on the Billboard Folk Albums chart. He also performed with Jools Holland to open Chris Cornell’s 2013 American tour. As a producer, Bhiman has worked with a diverse list of celebrities including comedian/actor Keegan-Michael Key, author Dave Eggers, rapper/producer/director Boots Riley, and iconic musician Chris Cornell. He also released several other albums and EPs.
