Bianca Marroquin is an actress born on 15th January 1975 in Monterrey, Mexico. She is widely recognized for starring in the Broadway musicals “Chicago”, “The Sound of Music”, and “Rent”. She auditioned and was cast in the Mexican stage music “Beauty and the Beast”. After landing the role, she relocated to Mexico City to start her career. She went on to star in a number of Broadway musicals, including “Rent” from 1999 to 2001, Chicago, and The Phantom of the Opera.
In 2010, she was named the judge on the Spanish-language television series “Mira Quien Baila”. He was a judge on the show for four years running. In 2011, she appeared in the reality talent show “Pequenos Gigantes”. She went on to appear in the soap opera “Esperanza del Corazón” as the main protagonist. In March 2014, she played Roxie Hart in the Broadway hit play “Chicago”, a role she played for 20 years.
