Biffy Clyro Bio

Biffy Clyro is an alternative rock band from Kilmarnock, Scotland. It was formed in 1995 and the original members of the band are Simon Neil as the guitar player, James Johnston as the bass player, and Ben Johnston as the drum player. Simon Neil is the lead vocals, while the rest perform as back vocals. The first album, named as the band, was released in 1998. At first, the fans of the band were mostly British, but in 2009 their fandom became international with the release of the album “Only Revolution”, having successful singles like “Bubbles”, which won the Best Song category of Radio 1 Teen Awards in 2010. The band also has won the Best British Band by NME Awards, in 2013 and 2017.
