Big Dope P Bio

Big Dope P is a French record producer, DJ, and remixer that has been producing music for the better part of a decade. He is currently based out of Paris, France.  Big Dope P began making music after testing out a sound kit in a mall in the south suburbs of a Parisian mall at the age of 13.  He began to produce hip hop beats and then switched to a fusion of hip hop and dance music at the age of 15. Big Dope P has produced remixes for artists such as Basement Jaxx, Duck Sauce, Feadz, and Nick Hook & Todd Edwards.

At the age of 17 he founded his own label called Moveltraxx and began releasing music under his Big Dope P moniker. He released a compilation EP in 2007 called Da MoveIt Posse Episode 1. In 2014 he released another EP called Hit The Blokk with features from artists such as Rustie, DJ Earl from Teklife, and Ikonika. Big Dope P has gone on to work with artists such as Tommy Trash, Anna Lunoe, Tiga, Pusha T, Mighty Mark, and Dudley Slang.
