Actor William Gaither Crudup, born July 8th in Manhasset, New York, studied at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts graduate acting program. Crudup started his exciting career in films such as Sleepers, Everyone Says I Love You, Inventing the Abbotts, Grind, Noose, Without Limits, and Hi-Lo Country. William went on to appear in the iconic hit movie Almost Famous, alongside Kate Hudson. Crudup jumped into other notable projects, including Mission: Impossible III, Watchmen, Big Fish, The Good Shepherd, Eat Pray Love, Blood Ties, and Justice League. William scored a role in the critically acclaimed series, The Morning Show, which he landed an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. The talented actor is known for his stunning stage performances and won a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Play in The Coast of Utopia. He also scored several Tony nominations over the years for his performances in The Elephant Man, The Pillowman, and Arcadia.
