Blake Richardson Bio

Blake Richardson is a guitarist and vocalist born on 2nd October 1999 in Cheshire, England. He is widely known for his association with the band New Hope Club. His passion for music started at a young age. At the age of 13, he launched his YouTube channel and uploaded a cover of McFly’s song “That Girl” as his first video. In October 2015, he founded the band New Hope Club with George Smith. Reece Bibby later joined them.

They launched a YouTube channel on 13th September 2015 and uploaded a cover of Vamps’ song “Wake Up” as their first video on the channel on 4th October. They caught the attention of the Vamps, who signed them to them on their Steady Records label. They released their debut EP, titled “Welcome to the Club,” via the record label on 5th May 2017. In February 2020, they dropped their first eponymous album, which reached number five on the UK Albums chart.
