Coming from Texas, Blue October was formed in the mid-90s. Justin Furstenfeld and his brother Jeremy began playing rock songs with Ryan Delahoussaye and Liz Mullaly completing the line-up for the band. Their first independent debut album entitled “The Answers” was released on 1998. The album sold 5,000 copies in Houston alone.
Blue October signed under Universal in 2000 releasing their album “Consent to Treatment” with Mullaly being replaced by Matt Noveskey. In 2013, C.B. Hudson was added to the line followed by the release of “History for Sale” in 2003. The album’s first single “Calling You” reached the Top 40 hits with its inclusion to the movie soundtrack of “American Wedding.”
