Bodega Bio
Bodega, a punk rock band was formed in 2013, in New York, by guitarist/vocalist Ben Hozie and vocalist Nikki Belfiglios out of their previous band Bodega Bay. Their genre is Pop/Rock and their styles vary from Alternative/Indie Rock, New Wave/Post-Punk Revival to Indie Rock. Bodega’s other members are Madison Velding-Vandam, guitarist, Montana Simone on drums, and Heather Elle as bassist
Bodega’s first album was released in 2018, titled Endless Scroll under label What’s Yr Rapture and the drummer Simone was replaced by Tai Lee on stand up percussion. Bodega’s biggest influence comes from the band, The Grateful Dead, also a punk band and in their live shows, they aim for a kind of transcendence. Nikki Belfiglios, the vocalist, is into pop music and is inspired by Madonna.
