Bonnie Mbuli Bio

Bonnie Mbuli is an actress and television personality born on 3rd March 1979 in Soweto, South Africa. She is widely recognized for starring in the drama-television series “Noughts + Crosses” (2020 – present). She started her acting career in 1993 with the series “Viva Families” after being discovered by an actor’s agent at a bus stop. She later made cameo appearances in “Cave Girls” and “Born Free 2”. From there, she became a present for different magazine programs for TV, including Limits Unlimited, Technical Hearts, Zapmag, and Teleschool.

In 2001, she played the lead role in the soap opera “Backstage”. She later starred in “Gazlam”, playing the role of Portia. Mbuli also starred in the series “Scouts Safari” and “Charlie Jade”. She played a recurring role in the drama television series “Home Affairs”. She also played the lead role in the series “Hillside” and “Soul City”. In 2009, she played Zindzi in the biographical sports drama film “Invictus”.
