Bouna Sarr is a professional Senegalese soccer player born on 31st January 1992 in Lyon, France. He currently plays Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga and the Senegal National team. Sarr began his career at Marseille in July 2015, scoring his first goal in April 2018. He joined Bayern Munich in October 2020 for a four-year contract. His debut was in round one of the DFB-Pokal. After the August 2021 match, he stayed on the bench until May 2023. He played only one match in the 2022–23 season as a substitute in the 88th minute.
However, in the following session, he appeared in several matches. In the first match, he assisted his team to victory over Preußen Münster. Sarr was called to play for the Guinean national team, but he turned down the offer in favor of Senegal. He has played for Senegal in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
