Brandon Clarke is a professional basketball player who currently plays for the Memphis Grizzlies of the NBA (National Basketball Association). Born on 19th September 1996 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Clarke played high school basketball for Desert Vista High School. He led the team to the championship game in 2015 and was honored with All-Arizona Division 1. In college, he played two seasons for the San Jose State University basketball team. During his time with the team, he was named Mountain West Six Man of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, West Conference’s Newcomer of the Year, and other awards.
Clarke started his professional career with the Memphis Grizzlies in 2019 after being selected in the first round (21st overall pick) in the first round of the 2019 NBA draft. On 15th September 2020, NBA named Clarke the 2019-20 NBA ALL-Rookie First Team.
