Brendan Fraser, born Brendan James Fraser, is an American actor who was born on December 3, 1968, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He attended Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle and graduated in 1990. He debuted as an actor just a year later in the TV horror movie “Child of Darkness, Child of Light”. Since then, he starred in several movies, including “Young and Younger” in 1993, “With Honors” in 1994, “The Passion of Darkly Noon” in 1995, and “George of the Jungle” in 1997. However, he achieved the peak of his career in 1999 when he started starring in the famous franchise “The Mummy” alongside Rachel Weisz and John Hannah. In 2004 he appeared in the Oscar-winning movie “Crash”, starring Sandra Bullock, Don Cheadle, and Thandiwe Newton. For being part of the cast, he received several awards at different festivals, including Awards Circuit Community Awards, Broadcast Film Critics Association Awards, and Gold Derby Awards.
