Brent Fikowski Bio
Brent Fikowski is an athlete born in February 1991 in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. He is widely recognized for his appearances in the annual athletic competition “CrossFit Games”. He developed an interest in CrossFit with the aim of improving volleyball, but he eventually became a regular fixture for him. He participated in a few local competitions before taking part in his first open in 2013. His major breakthrough came in 2016 when he went to Wodaplalooza and tied in first place with CrossFit Shrewsbury.
In 2017, he won the West Regional. He returned to CrossFit the following year and won the West Regional again, despite recording his world finish ever. With a few changes to the sport, he did not deliver as expected. In April 2019, he competed at the Asia CrossFit Championship, where he was able to earn a spot in the 2019 CrossFit Games.
