Bria Hartley is a professional basketball player born on 30th September 1992 in North Babylon, New York, United States. She plays for Connecticut Sun, which competes in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). She played high school basketball for North Babylon. In 2010, she joined the University of Connecticut after turning down offers from other colleges. She spent four years with UConn, posting impressive stats that made her one of the best players in college. Hartley began her professional career in 2014 with the Seattle Storm after being drafted seventh overall in the 2014 WNBA Draft. She was traded to the Washington Mystics immediately. In January 2017, she was traded to New York Liberty. She made her debut for Hartley against San Antonio Stars in May 2017. She was re-signed by Hartley in February 2018. Two years later, she joined Phoenix Mercury as a free agent on a three-year deal. She then signed with Connecticut Sun in July 2022.
