Brian Justin Crum was born on May 28th, 1988 in San Diego, California. He is an American singer and actor that began his career by training at the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts. At the age of 17 he moved to New York and landed roles on Broadway plays such as Wicked, Altar Boyz, and Grease. He then moves to Los Angeles, California to pursue a career in music.
In 2016 Brian auditioned for the show America’s Got Talent. He auditioned with Queen’s song “Somebody to Love.” He next sung Radiohead’s song “Creep” and advanced to the quarterfinals. He then performed Phil Collin’s “In the Air Tonight” and advanced to the semifinals and eventually the finals. In the finals he sang Michael Jackson’s “Man in the Mirror” and placed fourth overall.
In December of 2016 Brian released a cover of Robyn’s “Show Me Love” on the label Prop D Recordings. The song entered the top 10 on Billboard’s Dance Club Songs chart and number 33 on Billboard Magazine’s Dance/Electronic Songs chart.
