Bryan Baeumler is a TV host, licensed contractor, and home renovation expert born in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, on April 18, 1974. He is an alumnus of Western University and Appleby College. He is the president and CEO of Baeumler Quality Construction and Renovations Inc. The Baeumler Brand includes Baeumler Construction, Baeumler Approved, Baeumler Productions, Baeumler Media, and Baeumler Family Foundation for Kids.
Bryan starred as himself in an episode of the TV series 'Da Kink in My Hair. From 2012 and 2014, he judged Canada's Handyman Challenge alongside Mike Holmes. He hosted Disaster DIY (2007–2011), House of Bryan (2010–2015), Leave It to Bryan (2012–2017), and Bryan Inc. (2016–2018).
Bryan won Best Host in a Lifestyle/Practical Information or Performing Arts Program or Series at the 2008 Gemini Awards for Disaster DIY. He received nominations for Best Host (Lifestyle) at the 2020 and 2022 Canadian Screen Awards for Island of Bryan. He published Measure Twice: Tips and Tricks from the Pros to Help You Avoid the Most Common DIY Disasters in 2015.
