Born in May 13, 1969, Brian Patrick Carroll or publicly known as Buckethead is a bizarre figure in the experimental music scene. He was able to gain mastery, a virtuoso on electric guitars. His first group was the Deli Creeps, a Francisco-based metal-funk band. The band experienced regional success, but was never able to release any album before their disbandment.
Buckethead then decided to do solo acts, in which he toured with Zorn and Bill Lasswell in Praxis. Among Buckethead’s solo albums were “Dreamatorium” and “Day of the Robot.” In 1998, he released “Colma.” He also contributed for the soundtracks of “Last Action Hero” and “Street Fighter.” In 1999, Buckethead returned with “Monsters and Robots”, joining the re-formation of Guns N’ Roses for a short time.
