Callum Wilson is a professional soccer player born on 27th February 1992 in England. He is a striker for the English premier league side New Castle and the England national team. Wilson started his soccer career at Coventry City Club in his hometown. His debut at the club was in August 2009, and he served as Stephen Wright's substitute at halftime in extra time of the League Cup. He won the Apprentice of the Month national award in March 2010.
In 2011, he moved to Kettering Town, a Conference Premier club, on a month loan. However, the loan was extended to three more months. In December 2011, he moved to Tamworth for a month loan. He scored two goals in his two appearances. He returned to Coventry and signed to stay up in 2015 summer. However, in 2014, he signed to play for AFC Bournemouth. In his first match with the team, he scored twice to hand it victory. In 2020, he signed up for Premier League side Newcastle United
