Camila Ía Sodi Gonzalez, better known as Camila Sodi, is an actress born on May 14, 1986, in Mexico City, Mexico. She began her career as a model but would soon transition to an acting career. In 2004, she was cast in her first big role when she played the character of Flor de Mária 'Florecita' González in the television series Inocente de ti. She made her film debut in 2007 when she appeared in Jorge Hernandez Aldana’s El búfalo de la noche. Sodi has starred in several television series in varying capacities, including starring on A que no me dejas and False Identity. In 2018, Sodi was cast in Netflix’s Luis Miguel, La Serie alongside fellow cast members Diego Boneta and Juanpa Zurita. In 2020, Sodi played the titular role in Rubí, a reboot of a 2004 telenovela of the same name.
