Camille Griffin is a writer, director, and co-producer most renowned for her role in the film, Silent Night (2021).
Initially, Camille trained in the camera department and worked for 13 years as a Clapper Loader. However, she began exploring a different path when she took an interest in writing and directing. Camille has written and directed more than seven short films that screened at over 20 international film festivals.
Griffin has also worked on two feature films including a Keira Knightley project with Searchlight Pictures produced by Celine Rattray and Trudie Styler, and a Netflix science fiction film produced by Simon Kinberg and Audrey Chon. In 2021, Camille wrote and directed ‘Silent Night.’ The film follows a group of old boarding school friends and their loved ones as they reunite to celebrate Christmas and their pasts. It investigates the lengths they’re prepared to go to in order to avoid suffering and to protect the ones they love. Silent Night premiered at the 2021 Toronto International Film Festival on September 16.
