Candy Dulfer is a Dutch professional saxophonist and composer who performs jazz, funk, and soul music. She was born in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, on September 19, 1969.
Candy began performing and recording saxophone licks for musical artists in 1981 at the age of twelve, and three years later, she formed the band Funky Stuff. She began her solo career in 1990 with the release of her debut studio project Saxuality. Her discography includes the hit singles Lily Was Here with Dave Stewart, For The Love Of You, 11:58, Pick Up The Pieces, and the albums Sax-a-Go-Go, Candy Store, and We Never Stop which features fellow musical artists Nile Rodgers, Marcus Miller, and Durand Bernarr.
