Carla Lalli Music is a chef and YouTube star born on 15th August 1972 in the United States. She is widely recognized for her work with the Bon Appetit Magazine. Apart from editing and developing their recipes, Carla also has her own series of videos known as Back to Back chef, where she covers everything related to cooking. Before joining Bon Appetit, she worked as an editor for the cooking Magazine Everyday Food.
In 2011, she started working with Bon Appetit and later became the Magazine’s food editor. She made her video debut for Bon Appetit in 2015 and went on to make regular appearances in the years that followed. In 2018, she started hosting the web series Back-to-Back Chef, in which she teaches a celebrity how to prepare a dish. She has so far gained more than 165,000 subscribers and over 4.6 million total views on her YouTube channel.
