Carly Steel Bio

Carly Steel is a British TV host, producer, and actress, born August 21, 1982, in Lanarkshire, Scotland, UK. Steel is mostly known for her hosting engagements on television shows such as Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, and TV Guide Network, but also for her acting work, on many successful films alongside prominent movie stars. Steel began her career by moving from Durham, UK, where she graduated from Durham University to the United States, for her first employment at Vogue. She quickly moved to LA, in order to pursue a career in television. Steel's career is diverse, as she works both as a television host, conducting celebrity interviews, and as an actress. Her most prominent movie roles include appearances in Two Jacks (2012) as Madeline, Mortdecai (2014) as Mrs. Krampf, the TV movie Romantically Speaking (2015), and the heist comedy movie The Con Is On (2018). On television, apart from hosting various shows, Steel also played in several shows such as Tommy (2020), Castle (2013), We Are Men (2014), as well as Anger Management (2014) in the role of Fiona.
