Carolesdaughter is an American Punk muscian and songwriter from South Carolina. Born Thea Taylor in November 23, 2003, Carolesdaughter grew up in a Mormon family of educators alongside her ten other siblings in South of Los Angeles. Being the youngest, she admitted to growing up with lots of pressure. However, that pushed her to discover herself as an artist.
The 19-year-old has always loved Punk music since she was little due to the creative freedom associated with it. Her single, “Violent” was her first major hit. The song is an alternative pop anthem that explores Carolesdaughter's emotions and collective experiences. It earned her over 130 million streams and a million monthly listeners on Spotify plus over a million views on TikTok.
Besides music, Carolesdaughter also makes comedic content and uploads them on her TikTok account. Her contents have gained over a million followers on the video-sharing platform. She created her TikTok account in May 2020.
