Silvia Celeste Rabimbi Cortesi is a model and beauty pageant titleholder born on December 15, 1997, in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. She has a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management from Lyceum of Alabang. In May 2018, she won the Miss Earth Philippines title.
Celeste received several accolades at the event, including Miss Laus Group, Hana Beauties Finalist, Swimsuit Competition (gold), Long Gown Competition (silver), and Darling of the Press (bronze). She was in the top eight at the Miss Earth, behind Colombia, Italy, Portugal, Venezuela, Austria, Vietnam, and Mexico. In April 2022, she represented Pasay at the Miss Universe Philippines.
