Chad L. Coleman is an American actor born in Richmond, Virginia on September 6, 1974. He is best known for his roles in the television shows The Wire and The Walking Dead. He currently stars in the science fiction show The Expanse and has a recurring role in the series The Orville. He made his acting debut in 1992 on the television show Here and Now and continued landing roles on the shows Law & Order, Third Watch, Guiding Light, The Wire, New Amsterdam, Life on Mars, Criminal Minds, Burn Notice, Electric City, Roots, The Goldbergs, Arrow, The Orville and others. In 1993 he made his debut in film in the movie New York Cop and has since had roles in the films Speed of Life, Brother to Brother, Horrible Bosses, The Green Hornet, Monday Night Mayhem, Life, Love, Soul, Confessions, The End of the Bar, and Revolution #9. He has also voiced characters in the video games The Warriors, 50 Cent: Bulletproof, Bully, Grand Theft Auto IV, Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony, Left 4 Dead 2, and Resident Evil 6.
