Charlotte Hope Bio

Charlotte Hope is an English actress born in 1990. She attended the University of Oxford and started pursuing acting in this period. She had her theater debut as an extra in a 2012 production of "Les Miserables." In 2013 she gained notoriety with a recurring role as Myranda in HBO's Game of Thrones. A year later she portrayed Charlotte Mellendorf in the series "The Musketeers," and Philippa Hawking in Stephen Hawking's biopic "The Theory of Everything." In 2015 she started landing leading roles with the gangster series "North v. South." However, Hope's breakthrough role came in 2019 as she played Catherine of Aragone in the Starz drama "The Spanish Princess." The young actress has also remained a Broadway presence, with roles in "Albion" and "The New Group's Good for Otto."
