Chris Evans Bio

Christopher Robert Evans was born on June 13, 1981 in Boston, Massachusetts. His career started with him being a model for the board game “Mystery Date” in 1999. He eventually made a guest appearance on The Fugitive in 2000, which led to more lucrative roles.

Evans’s first hit film was Not Another Teen Movie in 2001, in which he appeared opposite up-and-coming actors like Eric Olsen and Jaime Pressly. Throughout the 2000’s, he continued to play small roles in television shows and independent films. His career peaked in 2010 when he was cast in The Losers and Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. In 2011, he became Captain America in The Avengers. He has reprised this role several times alongside Robert Downey Jr., and there are two more sequels planned already.

Evans won the Scream Award for Best Superhero for his role in the film Captain America: The First Avenger in 2011 and the People’s Choice Awards for Favorite Action Movie Actor for his role in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in 2015.
