Chris Parnell, born as Thomas Christopher Parnell, is an American actor who was born on February 5, 1967, in Memphis, Tennessee. After graduating high school, where he took drama and auditioned for every play, he attended North Carolina School of Arts, where he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama, and later performed in different theaters. Parnell became a teacher on the field back in Tennessee but decided to put that aside and move to Los Angeles and has been credited in countless films and TV series ever since. He is mostly known for his roles in “Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy”, where he portrayed the role of Garth Holliday, “Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story” and “21 Jump Street”. Parnell was also a voice actor in “Family Guy”, “Rick y Morty” and “American Dad!”. The actor has been nominated for a total of 5 awards.
