Chris Richards Bio
Chris Richards is an American professional soccer player, born as Christopher Jeffrey Richards on March 28, 2000, in Birmingham, Alabama. He started playing for FC Dallas Academy in 2017. A year later, he signed with FC Dallas under coach Eric Quill. The same year, he went on a trial in FC Bayern Munich. He debuted for the German club on July 21, 2018, replacing Sandro Wagner against Paris Saint-Germain. He went on to sign a permanent contract with Bayern Munich on January 19, 2019. Chris made his debut for the United States U20 team in May 2018. The next May in 2019, he was called by coach Tab Ramos to represent the United States at the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup. The American player made his UEFA Champions League debut for Bayern on November 25, 2020.
