Chris Wood is an American actor who was born on April 14, 1988, in Dublin, Ohio. In 2010, he appeared in a short film, titled ‘The Magazine Girl’, as Devi. He later appeared in the TV movie ‘Browsers’ and also guest-starred in the TV series ‘Major Crimes’. In 2013, he landed a recurring role on the TV series ‘The Carrie Diaries’, in which he appeared for a total of six episodes. In 2014, he guest-starred in the TV series ‘Girls’, and in 2016, he guest-starred in ‘Comedy Bang! Bang!’. One of his most important roles arrived in 2014 when he was cast to play Kai Parker on the TV series ‘The Vampire Diaries’, a role he played until 2017 for a total of 19 episodes. He resumed the role for two more episodes in ‘Legacies’, a spin-off of ‘The Originals’, which involves characters from ‘The Vampire Diaries’. Chris also starred in the TV series ‘Containment’ alongside David Gyasi and Christina Moses, in 2016. Other important roles from him are Mon-El in ‘Supergirl’, a role he played for 47 episodes from 2016 until 2021, and He-Man in the TV series ‘Masters of the Universe: Revelation’.
