Christie Brinkley Bio
Christie Brinkley was born Christine Lee Hudson on February the 2nd 1954 in Michigan and is an American actress, model and businesswoman. Beginning as a model in the 1970’s she came to fame with three consecutive terms on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue covers and was the face of covergirl for twenty five years. With over five hundred magazine covers, the artist is well known for her extensive modelling career.
Brinkley’s first role as an actress came in 1983 with National Lampoon’s Vacation, and made her stage debut in the musical Chicago and appeared in the sitcom, Mad About You, before she held the recurring role in NBC’s hit comedy Parks and Recreation as Gayle Gergich. Authoring the book, Christie Brinkley’s Outdoor Beauty and Fitness Book, which was a New York Times Bestseller.
