Christopher Masterson Bio

Christopher Kennedy Masterson, known as Christopher Masterson, is an American actor, producer, director, and DJ best known for his work in film and television. He was born in Long Island, New York, United States, on January 22, 1980.

Christopher began his acting career in 1988 when he was cast in the TV film Hiroshima Maiden at the age of eight, however, he gained widespread recognition in 2000 when he landed the role of Francis in the highly popular comedy series, Malcolm in the Middle. He acted alongside acclaimed actors such as Bryan Cranston and Frankie Muniz, and he won praise for his portrayal of the rebellious, trouble-making older brother of the titular character.

Christopher has appeared in several movies, including My Best Friend's Wedding, Scary Movie 2, Cutthroat Island, Girl, Campfire Tales, and Waterbone. He has also produced and directed various independent films, including the award-winning film, Made for Each Other.
