Christopher Mintz-Plasse Bio
Christopher Mintz-Plasse is an American actor, comedian and musician. He was born Christopher Charles Mintz-Plasse on the 20th of June, 1989, in Woodland Hills, California, U.S. In 2007, he started his professional career portraying McLovin in the movie “Superbad” directed by Greg Mottola. For his work in the movie, Mintz earned a nomination for the MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Performance. He played alongside Jack Black and Michael Ceba in the comedy “Year One”, gaining further recognition and from 2010 to 2019, he voiced Fishlegs Ingerman in the franchise “How to Train your Dragon”. In 2011, he appeared in “Fright Night”, a remake of the 1985 movie, portraying Edward Lee, opposite Anton Yelchin. Mintz-Plasse is also a musician and he played drums in the rock band The Young Rapscallions, until it split in 2015.
