Chukwuka Ekeani, better known as CKay, is a Nigerian Afro-pop artist and music producer signed with Warner Music African partner, Chocolate City. He was born on July 16, 1995, in Kaduna State. He is known for producing music for artists like Dice Ailes, Oritse Femi, M.I Abaga, Ice Prince, Dj Nepture, and several other prominent artists in Nigeria. He has also produced Better Love, the debut single of IDYL who was the winner of the Voice, Nigeria, in 2017.
As an artist, he released his first single in 2016, titled Nkechi Turn Up, following Gaddemit featuring Dremo. In 2018, he released Container don land and featured Moonchild Sanelly and Zlatan Ibile in the remix of the song. CKay was introduced to music by his father who was a choir conductor, and by the age of 3, he began writing and producing music in a Christian group. In 2016, he was officially signed to Chocolate City, and so far has released an EP titled Who the Fuck is CKay. Another popular song of his is the single Love Nwantiti, which featured Joeboy on the remix.
