Clara Amfo Bio
Clara Amfo (born 22 May 1984) is an English voice-over artist and a television and radio presenter. She is well-known for hosting BBC Radio 1 programs. She competed in the eighth season of Strictly Come Dancing in 2020.
Amfo was born in the London borough of Kingston upon Thames. Her father was a Ghanaian microbiologist who moved to the United States in the 1970s. Amfo went to Burntwood School in Wandsworth, South London, then The Holy Cross School in New Malden before going to St Mary's University College in Twickenham to study media arts and professional and creative writing.
