Cobhams Asuquo Bio
Cobhams Emmanuel Asuquo is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, musician, producer, and music executive who performs Afro-pop and R&B music. He was born in Jos, Nigeria, on January 6, 1981.
Cobhams began writing music in the late 1990s, and in 2005, he began writing for some of Nigeria’s top musical artists. He became famous in 2007 when he wrote various songs on Asa’s eponymous album Asa (Asha). Cobhams discography includes the hit singles We Plenti featuring Simi, One Hit, Ordinary People, and Jah Eli Jah with Bella Shmurda and Patoranking.
