Cody Carnes Bio
Cody Carnes is an American gospel singer born in Atlanta, Georgia on March 25, 1989. He spends most of his time traveling and leading worship with his wife Kari Jobe Carnes. They have written a number of songs together like “Closer To Your Heart”, “The Garden”, “Lover Of My Soul” and others. He started playing music at a young age and played with several bands like Hit the Ground Running and Crimson Soul. In 2014 he released an EP in collaboration with his wife titled All He Says I Am. In 2017 he signed with the record company Capitol CMG and released the single “The Cross Has the Final Word.” He continued to release singles like “Hold It All”, “Til The End of Time”, and “What Freedom Feels Like.” He released his full length debut solo album in 2017 titled The Darker the Night/The Brighter the Morning.
