Colin Farrell was born on May 31, 1976, in Castleknock, Ireland. He landed his big break in 2000 when he played Roland Bozz in Joel Schumacher’s Tigerland. He won the London Film Critics Circle Award and Boston Society of Film Critics Award for the role. In 2009, Farrell won a Golden Globe for his role in In Bruges.
