Conway the Machine Bio
Demon Price, better known as Conway the Machine, is an American rapper, born on February 16, 1982, in Buffalo, New York. He is the brother of rapper Westside Gunn. He found success as a musician after suffering a near-fatal shooting in 2012. In 2017, he signed a deal with Eminem’s Shady Records. In 2020, he released his debut album titled From King to a God.
Conway began recording at the age of 15, working under the names Killa Angel and Loose Cannon, before committing to Conway. After surviving his near-fatal shooting, he developed a permanent slur, which he embraced. In 2015, he released a debut album with Griselda Records, titled The Devil’s Reject. He releases another album called Reject 2, in collaboration with Westside Gunn. While working with local contemporaries from Skyzoo to Roc Marciano, he released four albums in 2016 and 2017. In 2019, Conway released his first single with Eminem titled Bang which also appeared on his 2020 album. He also collaborated with Method Man for the song Lemon, and in 2021, he released the albums God Don’t Make Mistakes and La Maquina.
