Corey Cott is an actor and singer born on 30th March 1990 in Columbus, Mississippi, United States. He is widely recognized for appearing in the Broadway musical “Newsies” as Jack Kelly. He started acting when he was still a student at the Carnegie Mellon University. He would often book shows with the theatre company Pittsburgh CLO. He played roles in the productions of Jekyll and Hyde, Jesus Christ Super Star, and Miss Saigon.
After graduating, he relocated to New York City and later booked the role of Jack Kelly in the musical “Newsies.” On 5th September, he permanently took over the role. Cott was also featured as Donny Novitski in the musical “Bandstand.” In February 2019, it was announced that he would be cast into the Fox drama “Filthy Ricky” as Eric Monreaux.
