Cosmic Gate Bio
Cosmic Gate is a duo which is made up of Claus Terhoeven aka Nic Chagall and Stefan Bossems aka DJ Bossi. The group was formed in 1999 in Krefeld, Germany. The duo released their debut album Rhythm & Drums in 2001 and several songs from the album, namely, “Mental Atmosphere,” “Exploration of Space,” “The Drums,” and “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” charted in the German charts. Their sophomore effort, No More Sleep, came a year after. Cosmic Gate’s third album, Earth Move, came in 2006 followed by Sign of the Times in 2009. Other albums by the duo include Wake Your Mind, Start to Feel, and the two-part Materia which was released in 2017. In 2018, the duo released the singles “Awaken” with Jason Ross and “Yeah!” Their latest effort, “Need to Feel Love,” a single with Foret, was released in 2019.
