Cush Jumbo is an actress born on 23rd September 1985 in Denmark Hill, London, England. She is widely recognized for playing attorney Luca Quinn in the legal and political drama series “The Good Wife” from 2015 to 2016, as well as the legal drama series “The Good Fight” from 2017 to 2021. Her credits in theatre include Brixton Stories, Liquid Gold, and Love’s Labour’s Lost. She has also featured in the theatrical productions of the plays “The Caucasian Chalk Circle,” “The Cherry Orchard,” “Pygmalion,” and “The Crucible '' at the Royal Exchange Theater.
On television, she has featured in “Harley Street,” “My Family,” five episodes of “Torchwood: Children of Earth,” and others. She also starred in the second season of the crime drama series “Vera” as Brenda Blethyn. She reprised her role in the fifth season of the series. Jumbo has also made guest appearances on the panel show “Dilemma.”
