Dacoury Dahi Natche, better known by his stage name DJ Dahi, American-born, Ivorian music producer, DJ, singer, and songwriter. He was born in Los Angeles, California, on March 10, 1983. He began his musical career in the early 2010’s as a student DJ in University of California.
After performing at numerous venues, Dacoury got the opportunity to work with Dom Kennedy on the single My Type of Party. After working with Drake on his hit single Worst behavior, he got his big break in 2014 with the release of Big Sean’s single I Don’t Fuck with You which he produced. The song peaked at number one on US R&B Charts, and the success of the single made him an in-demand music producer. He has since worked with Schoolboy Q, Nipsey hustle, Kendrick Lamar, SZA, and Denzel Curry. In 2021, Dacoury and Brent Faiyaz released the hit single Gravity that featured Tyler, the Creator.
