Damien Patrick is a YouTube star and fitness guru born on November 11, 1986, in the United States. His dedication to fitness and building muscle mass has made him a notable figure in the fitness industry. His career in the fitness industry began at age 17 when he took a job working for GNC.
Damien is best known for creating the fitness program Ripped 365 and founding the athleticwear brand Total Alpha Clothing. He appeared in the 2013 short film Black Ops Zombie Live Action Fan Film (2013). Damien won the 2023 Mid-USA Pro Classic Physique show, held on June 4, 2023. He was second at the 2023 Fitworld Pro and third at the 2023 Charlotte Pro. He made his Olympia debut at the 2023 Classic Physique Olympia in Orlando.
