Daniel Braverman is an American football player born in Miramar, Florida on September 28, 1993. He is currently a wide receiver for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League. He played football in high school at Broward County School of Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He went on to play college football at Western Michigan University for the Western Michigan Broncos from 2012 to 2015. In 2016 he was selected by the Chicago Bears in the seventh round, 230th overall, in the 2016 NFL Draft. He was signed to a four-year, $2.4 million contract with a signing bonus of $79,000. On September 2, 2017 he was waived by the Chicago Bears. He was signed to the Kansas City Chiefs practice squad on January 2, 2018 but was waived on September 1, 2018. On December 4, 2018 he was signed to the Arizona Cardinals practice squad, but was released on December 20, 2018. On April 1, 2019 he signed a contract from the rights list of the San Antonio Commanders of the Alliance of American Football. The AAF suspended football operations and on April 17, 2019 Baverman signed with the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League.
